It would be good if I knew what really they doing it. I loved it as it is very professional and an excellent in in the service. Very professional, you will find your tooth are well taken care.

Despite all the five star ratings, I am very disappointed with my first visit. Beforehand I called the clinic asking for the price of the treatment but when I came here, the doc double up the price. Also the doc ask the nurse to bring me to the X-ray room without telling me that they will charge me extra for this. Doc is not friendly at all, not helpful in discussing what I need to do for my teeth.

Didn’t use the parking as I travelled by taxi. Good service, clean and comfortable environment, friendly staffs and professional dentist. Just did my wisdom tooth extraction, tooth filling . Good dentist with professional skill and up-to-date equipment.Started with x-ray to diagnose my teeth and advise what to do next with the pricing. Price is not the cheapest but it is very reasonable. The wisdom tooth extraction is quite painful but I believe it is inevitable.

It took more than a week to receive a tooth whitening treatment and is still satisfied with the whitening effect. The environment of the clinic and the doctor’s technical aspects are all very good, but it would be better if the doctor’s attitude can be more friendly! Overall, I am very satisfied with this course of treatment, worth 4 stars! I will also consider visiting this clinic again for other dental beauty treatments. My visit to Dentessence Dental Clinic in Kota Damansara was pleasant because it is painless!

The treatment was not good enough for me. Something spread on my face and I have to clean my face with water after the treatment. Plus, a trainee staff, I believed, gave me an expired product and I’ve only realised it when I reached home. The good part is, I’ve called them once I reached home, and later they returned me the full amount of money, around RM200++. I hope this constructive feedback would help them to provide a better quality service in near future. Specialist services include Endodontic , Orthodontic and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

My teeth have completed two root canal treatments and the results are not very good. The service attitude of the clinic is very good and the price is within a reasonable range. I intend to return to the clinic for a crown.
