Very friendly staff and great dentist, handled my teeth with care and explained about my teeth structure properly before proceeding. Dentist is very detailed and gentle, nurse is very friendly. The best I discovered in town so far. Would recommend to all my friends and family. I am very satisfied with the price of the clinic, the doctor’s technology, and the environment. In particular, they will patiently answer all my inquiries.

Doctor explained thoroughly my problems and proper treatment plans that suit. Finally found the issue that has been bothering me for months. Accompanied my 79 yo mum to see Dr Aric Chong who did a full mouth Xray and through checkup and then treated her for filings and scaling.

Well it was worthy, but somehow I feel a bit ripped off on 2nd visit because I wasn’t clearly told that I need scaling and was charged for it.

My first experience with Dentessence Dental Clinic is awesome. To begin with, I’m very afraid of dentist but thanked God for the doctors here, they are so gentle and very experience too. They explain the procedure to me and the reasonably priced too. I highly recommends Dentessence Dental Clinic if you are from around this neighbourhood of Kota Damansara. Everyone in the clinic is very friendly, cheerful and they will make you feel like home. The clinic is so bright and clean but most importantly is the doctor.

I felt no anxiety throughout the entire process. I also like the newly renovated clinic, it is clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend Dentessence Clinic to my friends.

However, I do not think that it is a pity for the clinic not to provide services for tooth ties. The environment is comfortable, while the doctor and staffs are friendly to me as well. Besides, it costs me around RM 3000.

Overall treatment experience was comfortable, doctors and staffs are friendly. I’ve been taking my 7-year old twins to Dr Tan for more than a year now and they look forward to every visit, which says a lot. Dr Tan and her team are really friendly, accommodating and helpful. She explains the procedures and makes the experience fun and comfortable for my kids. Fully recommend, especially if you have doubts of sending your kids for their dental checks. Dentessence provided us a letter and after consultation, mom had a root kernel and tooth extraction with X-ray too. She immediately felt less pain and we are very very grateful for the doctor’s help. Thank you for helping us during these challenging period. The doctor explained it to me well and told me that it is not necessary to remove the wisdom tooth and wash the tooth. Although I thought he was a little serious at first, I got along with it and felt that the doctor was pretty good. As for the clinic environment, it is very clean.

She was happy with the treatment and will see him again in 6 months for checkup. Aric is a steady and reliable professional. Unfortunately the Dr doesn’t not shows his friendliness and professionalism to me at all.
